Yoga for Life is seeking a passionate Digital Content & Communications Officer who can serve the community.
A genuine interest in connecting with people and serving the Yoga for Life community is a must.
We are looking for someone with proven communication and project management abilities, experience in online community management and SEO Marketing, and strong copywriting skills. He or she must preferably possess good photography and/or graphic design skills.
The chosen candidate will:
1. Develop and manage YFL’s online social media community through the following online platforms or accounts:
- Monitor, aggregate, edit, reply to, or otherwise manage community engagement and communications, including comments, inquiries, and messages; and
- Provide analysis, insights and recommendations on account performance;
- Develop, edit, post and in such frequency as determined by YFL;
- Create, develop, edit, post and publish blog posts in such frequency as determined by YFL;
- Monitor, aggregate, edit, reply to, or otherwise manage community engagement and communications, including comments, inquiries, and messages; and
- Design, lay-out, execute, update and publish the website;
3. Provides analysis, insights, and recommendations on optimizing online platforms and digital properties;
4. Attend and participate in any and all meetings scheduled by YFL;
5. Regularly attend YFL community yoga practices and other YFL events;
6. Promptly communicate with YFL, answer queries, or provide assistance in connection with any of the foregoing;
7. Perform such other tasks, duties or responsibilities reasonably related to the foregoing which YFL may assign from time to time; and,
8. All other duties and responsibilities which may be necessary or appropriate under the circumstances.
